Cycle for Sight
- Caring for and enhancing the quality of life for teens and the elderly.
Pelham Manor was again the start and finish for CYCLE FOR SIGHT in 2019, a 25-mile bike ride to raise financial support for an annual pro bono medical mission to the Dominican Republic. In addition to being an especially enjoyable bike ride, CYCLE FOR SIGHT contributes all donations made by the Mayor of Arthur Avenue / Cycle For Site to the Volunteer Health Program, Ltd., a nonprofit health care organization established in 1993 by a group of physicians, nurses and healthcare workers who volunteer their time on evecare missioners to needy teens and the elderly at locations outside of the U.S.
